AI Acceptable Use Policy

1. What our AI features do

WriteFlow Pro includes AI-assisted writing tools: title and outline generation, proofreading and tone rewrites, text expansion, and summarization. When you actively use one of these features, the text you select is processed by our third-party AI provider (see the Privacy Policy). Text is not sent to the AI provider unless you invoke a feature.

2. Assistance only — you stay in control

AI output is a draft aid, not a final product. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking anything produced with AI features before you publish it. Published content remains your content under our Terms of Service.

3. Prohibited uses

You must not use the AI features to:

• generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually exploitative, or that infringes the rights of others;
• generate disinformation, impersonate real people or institutions with intent to deceive, or craft phishing or fraud material;
• build malware, exploit code, or instructions for attacking systems;
• attempt to extract, reveal, or manipulate the system prompts, configurations, or safety instructions behind the AI features (including prompt injection against our own interfaces);
• circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or the Pro subscription requirement, or resell AI output as a competing service;
• process personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so.

4. Fair use and availability

AI features are available on the Pro plan and are subject to fair-use limits (per-request and daily caps). We may adjust or suspend AI features to protect the service, our provider, or users; where a paid feature is materially reduced, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

5. Reporting abuse

If you encounter AI-generated content on WriteFlow that violates these rules or our Terms of Service, report it to support@getwriteflow.com. We review reports and act against accounts that abuse AI features.
